we talked...and talked...and caught up...

each one of us are on different pages of our lives.

but its good....to see all of us grow...

in our own lovely way.

sunday....

church went as usual...

rehearsed with children choir...

then went off for my 

student-teacher recital...

it went quite well...

then met my bro at 5.15pm...

took away dinner for aunt's kids...

after dinner....

right after dinner....

Saturday...

i drove to Metro Tabernacle!!!

yay!!!

to me its a big accomplishment..

cuz i didn't knwo where it was...

and am just following my instincts...

plus...no one ever trusted my driving skills

at the Metro Tabernacle Carnival...

the carnival was held in the HUGE car park~

how i spent my sunday and tues noon?

well...i had lunch with my aunt's family and bible study group...

the kids are a HANDFUL...

and mind you, i mean it!

they're so active that we were given the VIP room!!

(thank God for no cling-clang sort of nuisance!)

my wonderful weekend

mom came on friday...along with dad and amos.

and thanks to my aunt who had generously brought my parents over!

so...i had dinner with ma, pa and mos-mos...along with my aunt, uncle sylvester,

isaack, cxi and chin...aunty izzy wasn't available then..

we had dinner in kenny rogers...so yeah...

bumped into aunty izziy after diner and we screamed squealed in Starbucks

and she gave me a great big hug...

one thing: my godmom gives really good bear hugs. i nearly choked when she squeezed me.

it took all the breath out of me =P

oh well, there goes saturday

dad and aunt went back on sunday...

mom,amos and i went to met

char and aunty iris after church service...

i could hardly recognize char-char...

gorgeous young lady!

anyway...i was so glad to see them as well...

went for swee teng and cynthia's wedding...obviously not mine~

Cynthia is reeaaallly pretty and all  =)

we presented two songs...2 bended rings and the prayer...

thank God all went well...despite the last minute practices!

met people i've not seen for ages actually...

and there were so many people who came...from Brunei.

wow...only now do i realize how much i miss them

and what's most fun is that we had a sleepover...

finally...i've survived my TOEFL...

i think.

it was a crazee Friday....

trial recital was...a lil rocky for me.

for some reason i blanked out...like seriously       

i was singing halfway thru and suddenly i forgot my music AND my text...

and 

dr kimmy went "carry on.." 

with her hand gesture of telling me to go on in the air.

i went through! survived Bernie...so am starting to love it tho i still can't count.hehe.

and on the same friday itself....

1200hrs

 finished my trial recital, changed my clothes and hit to KL Central.

i'm back home...

praise the Lord, my voice is recovering!!!

recording was done though i'm not in my tip-top condition...

but then...it's almost NEVER in my best state!

still, it went on quite well...so...

i am quite happy.

it's so quiet...now that i am alone at home...have had a crazy week

where i spent almost every night out...till the shopping malls are c.l.o.s.e.d.

spent a great deal on food...and twice in Starbucks this week. getting closer

with S.roo and W.nee lately and they're really great!

Monday we had our usual sub.of.the.day and then off to pasar malam with Carmen.

Tuesday was an all girls night-out with Carmen, Yean, S.roo SushiZanmai and then Starbucks.

Wednesday tutor class and cell group....was half dead by night

Thursday a tour all over Bangsar for an hour cuz we couldn't find the performing

venue...and after performance we head off to Delicious for our dinner....

Friday went shopping with S.roo all the way down to Klang for our Bakuteh with W.nee, Y.yi and boyfriend.

Saturday...today....Starbucks again with W.nee this time...and some window shopping...i really, truly, seriously need to start looking for my recital dress!!!!

home home home ^^ i love home. Had a splendid time...met Aunty Irene, uncle K.Tong, uncle Tony in LCCT- what a coincidence fancy meeting them there!!! Boarded the plane bought Amos a brownie cake...huge! anyway, made it to church after landing (flight was scheduled at 5.55pm..BUT...it took off at 7pm instead! so much for delay)



oh well. nothing much on fri. stayed home and watched you're my destiny, a taiwanese drama that was recommended by my cousin. found it a lil long winded but it was okay (gotta kill some time!) did house chores, drove downtown to run some errands...getting the hang of it :)



had a fabulous time in Escapade...spent more than i thought we would...had a belated birthday celebration for amos...and it was splendid! whacky i would say. :) could never imagine myself singing out loud at the top of my lungs and so out of pitch!! dancing around and having ppl from other tables to sing bday songs for my bro!



pictures will be uploaded soon!!! just sent dad back yesterday...a lil emo but i'm ok. oh well...few more weeks before i go back KL...dreading now...haha

Am in Starbucks KLCC now, chillin (not really...getting dizzy with the mocha i had...) updating my blog, looking into my programme notes, facebooking and people watching..gonna treat Evie to Chilli's- a belated birthday celebration :)

My schedules are so tight lately i can't seem to give time to the people i love around me.. I was so busy..take for example...the most recent one...my cousin's bday..i was way too busy to accompany her on her birthday or make her a card or choose her a present. =.= but yea...at least i gave her a mini-mini birthday cake...with two unlighted candles (our gas stove ran out of gas, we're NOT smokers...so..we've got neither lighter nor matches XD) but i thought we both enjoyed that moment of sisterhood celebration :)

anyway, life has been good, great and a blessing. God has been graceful, faithful and awesome. Life's journey is not easy but i know i can count on Him. My pride has kept me away from Him for quite some time..and still He LOVES me so! came before Him this morning to do my devotion. Guess what? My tears came running down like a stream (a waterfall will be too exaggerating!). Haven't felt so vulnerable for a long long time! Indded...i am weak but He is strong. I can only pretend to be strong if i were on my own...but i can be strong if i cling on to the Anchor of my soul. He's the greatest and only foundation i need to live! (don't you agree?)

Yea, being reminded of His love and that His is always with me made me thankful that i have a God who loved me unconditionally. Till then...i do pray that i can keep this blog updated more frequently. lol. God bless!

Home Alas....

Am finally home! The plane delayed for an hour and i arrived around 9.45pm. Missed both lunnch and dinner(but i did took Mocha Frapp as lunch substitute) Mom saw me and she claims that i am FAT. can you believe it? yeah, i guess i was furious cuz suddenly i don't feel hungry anymore.

anyway, met up with my BFFs yesterday and had a great time during lunch, movies(we watched Kung Fu Panda) and dinner in Escapade! Not forgetting to mention that i met Bryan, Joyce an her dad on the streets!

looking back to my high school years, i find it hard to believe that i actually grew up in Brunei! :) Loved it! Love the bitter sweet memories and the place...its so different fro KL. i guess everyone is growing up, and that includes me!
