home home home ^^ i love home. Had a splendid time...met Aunty Irene, uncle K.Tong, uncle Tony in LCCT- what a coincidence fancy meeting them there!!! Boarded the plane bought Amos a brownie cake...huge! anyway, made it to church after landing (flight was scheduled at 5.55pm..BUT...it took off at 7pm instead! so much for delay)



oh well. nothing much on fri. stayed home and watched you're my destiny, a taiwanese drama that was recommended by my cousin. found it a lil long winded but it was okay (gotta kill some time!) did house chores, drove downtown to run some errands...getting the hang of it :)



had a fabulous time in Escapade...spent more than i thought we would...had a belated birthday celebration for amos...and it was splendid! whacky i would say. :) could never imagine myself singing out loud at the top of my lungs and so out of pitch!! dancing around and having ppl from other tables to sing bday songs for my bro!

went for breakfast with dad to a hawker stall near my place today :) we had gyoza, chee cheong fun and extra spicy fried kuey teow with dad this morning. He asked the cook(i prefer calling him uncle) to make his kuey extra spicy..and ended up choking almost everyone cuz the smell was too spicy..i was laughing when the kuey teow is served you hear ppl coughing(some were sneezing) as the uncle passed by to bring us the kuey teow and some others were complaining. anyway, can't wait to go back to Brunei!!! ^^

a productive day

had dinner with ko-ko and his girl yesterday. talked alot about our church lives and how we felt...and i AM thankful that thru that sharing (in Simpsonville) jie-jie stated that we should pray for ourselves that we do what is ight in God's eyes and have the wisdom to make a difference and that we should get together and pray for our church as well :) and even have some time to do devotion together!! oh how exciting it is to revive this type of relationship once more! (my prayers have been answered! Praise the Lord!)

woke up at 6.30am this morning...its a good thing..but its HOLIDAY...wish i could sleep in longer but i just can't! anyway, woke up and said a prayer ^^. Tidied up my room, swept the house twice and mopped the entire house..thrice in fact. ^^. Hope that i can maintain this kinda lifestyle..hehe..it feels so good now. time to get my breakfast!

p/s: dad's coming over on wed!!! i'm just glad. miss dad so much!

i've nailed it!

Got my DipLCM results today, surprisingly (and thankfully with God's grace) i scored a distinction in it. so yea...i am happy...but i believe that i could do much better. :) by the way, God gave me the opportunity to be a recitalist!! (yay! need not do thesis ^^) and...the other nine of my classmates got in as well!!! so yea! its been good, life's been good though its stressful at times...i just need to learn to depend on my Provider of All...as long as i keep His best interest at heart (to glorify Him in all that i do)

Am in Starbucks KLCC now, chillin (not really...getting dizzy with the mocha i had...) updating my blog, looking into my programme notes, facebooking and people watching..gonna treat Evie to Chilli's- a belated birthday celebration :)

My schedules are so tight lately i can't seem to give time to the people i love around me.. I was so busy..take for example...the most recent one...my cousin's bday..i was way too busy to accompany her on her birthday or make her a card or choose her a present. =.= but yea...at least i gave her a mini-mini birthday cake...with two unlighted candles (our gas stove ran out of gas, we're NOT smokers...so..we've got neither lighter nor matches XD) but i thought we both enjoyed that moment of sisterhood celebration :)

anyway, life has been good, great and a blessing. God has been graceful, faithful and awesome. Life's journey is not easy but i know i can count on Him. My pride has kept me away from Him for quite some time..and still He LOVES me so! came before Him this morning to do my devotion. Guess what? My tears came running down like a stream (a waterfall will be too exaggerating!). Haven't felt so vulnerable for a long long time! Indded...i am weak but He is strong. I can only pretend to be strong if i were on my own...but i can be strong if i cling on to the Anchor of my soul. He's the greatest and only foundation i need to live! (don't you agree?)

Yea, being reminded of His love and that His is always with me made me thankful that i have a God who loved me unconditionally. Till then...i do pray that i can keep this blog updated more frequently. lol. God bless!

Hi all...i know..its been almost 4 months...and i've been MIA...lol...oh well, at least i'm here now :) had my hearing last week. It went alright i suppose...just pray that i can be a recitalist :) was so blessed to have Samuel in my life. Saved me from my dilemma. :) Peter couldn't make it on Friday to play for me (i knew about it only two days before my hearing)...was stunned by the news afor a few hours on that Tuesday and Samuel volunteered to help me out! it was a miracle...lol..his sight reading was simply superb. Passed my music scores to him on friday morn(on the day of my hearing) and he could play 'em all like..within an hour! (lol, yea...out of the 5 songs, he played 4 of 'em before) Praise the Lord!

Recital hearing...5 panels...i wasn't nervous but my condition wasn't really at its tip top condition- voice was kinda soft...too choral..rounded infact. But still, praise God and thank Him for i was still abe to sing :) the panel cut off one of my songs because i had too many in my list(tho there's only 5 songs) Carmen was down with a fever that day but she's better already! :) Told me she didn't sing too well- but who can blame her for that? for goodness sake she's under medication...fever and antibiotics...temp. went up to 39.6 degrees!!!! BURNING! Hope she recovers soon. Gesundheit!
